How to Get to Carmey Avdat Farm from the North 

Take the Be’er Sheva bypass road and continue driving south on road 40 towards Mitzpeh Ramon.
Pass Kibbutz Sde Boker, Ben Gurion College, and Tziporim Junction where there is a sign pointing right to Desert Shanti Youth Village and  Machaneh Ramon. Continue driving straight past the junction for another 1 km and you will see the sign for Carmey Avdat Farm. (written on the sign: Karme Avedat).
Turn right onto the dirt road and immediately right again into the gate. Drive another 700 meters along the vineyard (go slowly so you can enjoy the view!) until you reach the parking lot on your right.

 

How to Get To Carmey Avdat Farm from the South 

Drive north on road 40, going past Mitzpeh Ramon. 30 km after Mitzpeh Ramon you will pass Avdat National Park and the Paz gas station. After 3 km you will pass the upper entrance to the
Ein Avdat national Park on your right. After another 3 km you will reach a junction. Turn left towards Desert Shanti Youth Village and Machaneh Ramon and make a U turn at the traffic circle, returning southward on Road 40. After 1 km you will see the sign for Carmey Avdat Farm. (written on the sign: Karme Avedat).
Turn right onto the dirt road and immediately right again into the gate. Drive another 700 meters along the vineyard (go slowly so you can enjoy the view!) until you reach the parking lot on your right.
